Protein Balls are an easy prep snack that are adjustable to whatever you have on hand! Make a big batch and freeze! These are the perfect nutrient packed snack to give you a burst of energy or curb an afternoon sweet tooth!
Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Natural Nut or Seed Butter
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Crispy Rice Cereal (brown rice options available and encouraged if possible)
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder or Collagen Powder
  • Additional Add-Ins*: cacao nibs, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls

Notes

*When adding extra dry goods, you will need to include more sweetener (the glue of this recipe) or decrease the amount of Rice Krispies cereal so the texture stays consistent.
