Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dairy product (skim/whole milk, nut milk, yogurt)
  • ¾ T chia seeds
  • ½ cup rolled oats

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients to a small jar with your preferred add-ins. Overnight oats can be prepared up to 2-3 days in advance, sometimes longer. They can be eaten hot or cold.

Assessments will be gone over with a health coach.
